It would help if the person is also well known around the community, as recommendations to the staff team are noted.[/b] [/list] [list] [*][b]Must be active on the Server, Discord/TeamSpeak, and Forums: and willing to contribute at a minimum 7 hours weekly (How ever you choose to manage your time). However if a staff member is gone for two weeks without notice, they will be demoted off of the staff team. And If you choose to become staff on another community you will have to resign from staff here at Valknut Servers.[/b] [/list] [list] [*][b]A decent knowledge of the rules and are able to answer questions about said rules. A fair knowledge of administrative commands is also required for a position as staff.[/b] [/list] [list] [*][b]The ability to exclude favoritism and keep unbiased opinions. This is a incredibly important part to being a staff member here, this will help you choose the most fair option possible.[/b] [/list] [list] [*][b]A Staff member does not always need to be on duty, though they should be keenly aware of Admin chat and ready to access a situation if no other staff is available.[/b] [*][b]Staff members should never abuse their power for their own personal gain in the server (Such as spawning in weapons, forcing RP events without authorization from the event team, or to give yourself positions within the Divisions of the server). Harassment of the player base is also strongly forbidden.
